Mr. Fellinger is an adviser,
counselor and advocate who understands his clients and understands their concerns and objectives. He serves his
role well because he appreciates what his clients stand to gain, he advises them of their risks and counsels them on how to
best achieve their goals from a legal point. He will, negotiate on their behalf and act as their advocate. He
performs his role as lawyer in close concert with his clients to facilitate a transaction that will furnish the greatest advantages
to them with the minimum of risks warranted by the deal or in representing their interests in a legal dispute.
John G. Fellinger has extensive experience representing clients in a variety of industries
from manufacturing to securities trading and is skilled in a wide range of business deals, from mergers and acquisitions
to financing and debt restructuring, commercial real estate leasing and commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels
in both state and federal courts. Mr. Fellinger also
handles a myriad of legal corporarte matters for his clients, including business formatioins, stockholders and directiors
meetings, executive employment agreements, stockholder agreements and management agreements, employee stock options and incentive
plans, employee complaints and policies, and various agreements relating to the customary operations of his clients.
